Pre - Launch Stage

This is where we set up all the assets needed to run our marketing campaign.

We set up a sales funnel and Integrations on my CRM software (software I have to manage leads) We set up workflow automations with follow up emails.

Set up your Facebook ad account and page if you don't already have them or talk you through the process if you want to do it yourself. Instruct you on how to give us access to your ad account.

Set  Key Performance Indicators (This is how we measure success, a target to aim for.)

Fill out our Epic Ad Sheet (this is a checklist I use to create the copie for the ads and landing pages if needed.

Source and edit images for the ads.

Then we create variations of the ad or ads, targeting different custom audiences ready for testing.

Testing Stage

Launch Test ads

Leave for 3 or 4 days.Check front end and back end metrics and decide what ad or ads to keep and which ones to delete. That's how we find the winning ads!

Then we can allocate all of our budget to those ads that we know are working.

Ongoing Management of Ad Campaign

I will check ads everyday to monitor their performance and make any changes needed. It is not enough to just set and forget, we need to make slight changes here and there to make sure they are running efficiently to maximize our ad budget. 

Communication

We will send you an email when the set up is complete and we are ready to run the ads for testing.

You will get weekly reports and a phone call at the end of each week to discuss results and for you to provide me with any information about new customers or inquiries.
